The entire system has been reworked to be much easier, hopefully making fishing-related events more tolerable for those who don't necessarily enjoy this activity.

You can make stronger ammunition as you progress through the game. Changing ammo types in Once Human will improve both weapon damage and Psi Intensity by a small but significant amount.
